Absolutely did this. Until they had those handlebar mounted motorcycle noise makers.

I mean it worked out but if the choice was Saints TD or a Saints first down, i think we'd all rather they score a TD in that situation...

As a Patriots fan who has adopted the Rams as my NFC/local team, I can assure you Rams fans will have to hear this for the next 15-20 years. Especially if the Rams win. Just need to get thick skin and let people be bitter.

When I looked at the entire play you can see RBC on the other side of the field trying to figure out something. Then just before the play started he hauled ass with lightning speed across the field seemingly to realize he was out of position to cover his guy.

I think he wasn't trying to intentionally take the guy out, but make sure he didn't get in the end zone.

Now I get in hindsight why may it might have been beneficial to let them have the TD. But I don't think one can coach that with that play. A moment later RBC would have more likely broken up the pass or knocked the guy out of bounds with the velocity of that hit.

And now seeing the outcome, though controversial, turned out to be likely a game saving decision.

Especially if this is a springboard to a long time dynasty with McVay and Goff. I can live with other people being bitter. 8-)

yup. The longevity and scandals have worn most folks outside of the north east very thin. Their solid system and QB combo has been lethal,, especially in the AFC(E),, forever. Folks are over it.
So I doubt anyone other than NOLA fans will give a rats rump about this unless we start to wear thin on fans through our success.
Heck we already have the (no-call) scandal going for us.

That said. I saw Showtimes 'Inside The NFL' last night. I cannot believe Boomer Esiason. He went on and on about the call and how the Rams shouldn't be the team that is going. Ray Lewis, Smith and Sims all get it. They spoke of the D, Goff, our system, and a hard fought game with a bunch of no calls. But Boomer had to have the last word in the Rams segment again repeating his only take. The Saints got screwed and basically that is the only truth.

Boomer is a loser who never won a Superbowl. Now I can see why. Tool. Dead to me forever. F him and Collinsworthlessness.

Bengal, always a gal.

Boomer has always acted he is the SMITR. His analysis is so transparent as to his different levels of hate for all teams other than the Bengals.

He was pulling for the Saint's. And he acts like a poor loser. Really bizarre.

My bike was red with the black banana seat. Popping wheelies, skidding...geez, no shortage of games and adventures, with your friends, on those little bikes.

The mountain bike I have today is nice, but those days on the Schwinns were unforgettable.

Nice to know that kids all over the planet are on the same wavelength with regards to playing cards and clothes pins.
