Exactly.
I don't think our coaches can be blamed for that. Perhaps just expecting to much from Noteboom and from those at RG.
And who knows if last years Oline would have fallen at such a clip if they were all still together.
No team could or would have prepared for this and of course here inlies our concern for the season. Can they patch it up and get back on track, , in time?

If you make the NFL Playoffs, yes then IMO, your team is relevant for that NFL Season.
If you make the SB, like Los Ramos did in 2018, and then lose....yeah, most normal Ramsnation guys will be pissed-off. I know our HC Sean McVay was very pissed off....
at himself, for being "outcoached" (McVay's own word). :idea2:

I guess it's just the irritating big-mouthed guys, whose elevators don't go all the way up to the top floor, that don't get pissed off when their team loses in the SuperBowl.

Yeah, fer sure PA....it takes ALL KINDS to make up a Rams Talk Forum eh!! :lol2: :lol2: :lol2:

Well then, I feel differently about Bengal fans. All those years (2011-2015) making the postseason and going one and done must have felt really great. Relevant to the extreme!!! Hey, at least they didn't lose the Superbowl!!! Right? Until last year.

I was pissed when we lost to the Patriots. I didn't throw shit against the wall, smack the wife or kick the dog. But I felt our team was relevant again. I guess it's just the irritating loud mouth guys, droning on about the same shit year after year who move the goalposts to fit their argument.

Hey PA, speaking of "same shit"....
Your guy, Jared Goff did the SAME SHIT-the-bed deal (4 QB TOs :oops2: ) last week during the Lions loss in Dallas as he performed for us @ Miami in 2020....
y'know when in Tua's first start, he beat Los Ramos with his only 90 net passing yards and with the Dolphins only rushing for 55 yards on 25 carries (2.2 YPC). Yeah, AD and Staley's boys really really earned their #1 NFL D of 2020 ranking that day versus the Fins, as the Rams D only gave up a total of 145 yards and forced NINE Miami punts! :shock2: :arrow2: :o

Still and all, when your QB can see fit to throw 2 picks AND fumble twice, it can really really put your team behind the 8-Ball eh! :?

On the bright side...at least Goff is not pulling an Aaron Rodgers & calling out his teamates for their mental mistakes...
....and more good news.... Jared StillNoLeadership! Goff is definitely improving though as @ Miami in 2020 his QB Rating was 65.9 that horrid day......whereas in Big D last week, Goff raised his game to a lofty 71.2!!! 8-)
Progress!!! :lol2: :lol2: :lol2:

We're going to be starting our 10th offensive lineman this week. Who knows, maybe 11th?

LT Jackson
LG Evans/Obushi/Skura
C Allen
RG Evans/Obushi/Skura
RT Havenstein

Hell this is just our 7th game!!! What coaching staff or team could have prepared for that? I think we need to give them some serious kudos for being 3-3!!!!!

My guy? You're the one who's been monitoring his career since he was traded to Detroit. Dude, seek therapy. You're waaaaay too angry. I got 2 words for you....Amlodipine/Benazepril....(in large doses for your health) or Xanex (in large doses for our health). :lol2: :lol2: :lol2: :lol2: :lol2: :lol2: :lol2: :lol2: :lol2:

Good post up to this point. Was this another "personal shot" at Canuck?

If so, was it necessary to make your point and did it make you feel better after typing it? :roll2:

It's hard to read intention in someone's post so that is why I asked. Seems like this would be a childish way to respond if it was. If it wasn't meant to be a "personal shot", I apologize.

I love everything about this board except for the the immature grade school type attacks on each other that happen way to often here.

What a shame.

How about kudos to the Rams D??!! :idea2:

AD, Bobby Wagner, Jalen Ramsey have led some young replacements (Kendrick, Copeland et al) and played some tough D....
and they have had their injuries too (** denotes starters/semi-starters):
Jordan Fuller**
Troy Hill**
Decobie Durant**
Grant Haley
David Long Jr.
Greg Gaines** is playing w/ a hurt shoulder
Leonard Floyd** is playing hurt (ankle IIRC)
Travin Howard has been out
Quentin Lake
Daniel Hardy

That's alot of banged-up bodies, sportsfans!!. :o

Sort of odd that you would call out PA as if he was the first one to call out individual posters. Maybe you should read the whole thread before you point fingers.

FACT: This "hey Canuck, go get therapy!" stuff is old hat from PA.....going back to RRF days.
To wit, back in late 2011, early 2012 PA and a guy from Texas named Pesci thought I was "too angry, and needed to go out for dinner more often :roll2: " when I posted that I wanted Rams Ownership to fire Steve LittleNapolean Spagnuolo's ass. Shockingingly irreverent of me, I know eh! :lol2:
So this "get therapy" insult crappola from PA is all same-old/same-old for me. :|

Thankfully the Ram Ownership saw it my way and gassed Spags, just like Sean McVay gassed Aaron Kromer (another Hadfield-McCoy set-to PA and I had re:Kromer's future as a Ram coach).

Some other patterns:
If you run afoul of PA's dogma, he brings up your past posts, many from years ago:
EG.
-I was critical on the lofty salary raise Higbee got back in a 2019 post I wrote based on Higbee's performance and TD production.
-I was critical of the on-field play we got out of our overall 2018 Draft in a post I wrote in late 2020/early 2021 or so, when only SJD was playing regularly out of 11 guys that the Rams drafted in 2018.
-Somebody thought and posted last year that the undefeated (at the time) Cardinals were uncatchable for the NFC West title.....
etc etc

PA just keeps churning those old posts up....for his own some kind of weird amusement...
but I'm the guy who is "obsessed." :roll2: Yeah, right! :P

Oh....and save the "victimitis" BS here folks! I'm just cataloguing some historical rude behavior here.....I'm not hurt...
I'm just aware when a guy really doesn't like the cut of my jib, and I deal with it. No biggee for me, but IMO some of the lowbrow stuff detracts a tad from RFU class and standards.

Anyhoo...
To quote Sean McVay, we should stay in the moment for 2022.....
and we got problems in 2022,and at the top of the shitpile is our poorly performing OL...
a calamity that some of us foresaw & posted about here in this here Rams Talk Forum. :idea2:
Shame on us??? :lol2: :lol2: :lol2:

Bullshit.

You didn't foresee Brian Allen, David Edwards, Coleman Shelton, Joe Noteboom, Logan Bruss and Tremayne Anchrum all ending up on IR. You didn't foresee seven OL playing 150+ snaps in the first six games, and another two playing 50+ snaps.

At most, you questioned whether an OL of Noteboom, Edwards, Allen, Shelton and Havenstein would succeed. Well, that unit played exactly one game together, and that game was opening night (after not playing in preseason) against the No. 1 defense in the NFL. If you think that one game conclusively proves anything, you must have just started watching football this year.

So settle down, Beavis, stop your unwarranted crowing and, for God's sake, try some decaf.
