I can see why the players liked him and wanted to play for him. I haven't seen the new show but I don't see him as a cool guy at all. I see him as a guy who lived in the Stone Age football-wise and a guy who never really "got it" in terms of accountability. He said he was fired because he didn't win enough games but then felt it necessary to add that the Rams never had the intention of him being part of the new stadium. That was really pathetic. I could totally see them go for Fisher. by actionjack 7 years 11 months ago Total posts: 5192 Joined: May 19 2016 Sactown Hall of Fame Amazon’s ‘All or Nothing’ Season 2 to Focus on Los Angeles Rams’ 2016 Season POST #160 Yep at this point I dont think Fisher gets another HC job, the narrative that he cant coach offense has been beaten into anyone's head who would listen. He could definitely get hired as a DC and I think that is the route he will take to rebuild his rep. Some franchise could give him a shot than after a successful run as a DC. Pretty much sums him up. Endearing to beer buddies but nothing I'd want for leading a team. Good riddance. by moklerman 7 years 11 months ago Total posts: 7680 Joined: Apr 17 2015 Bakersfield, CA Hall of Fame Amazon’s ‘All or Nothing’ Season 2 to Focus on Los Angeles Rams’ 2016 Season POST #158 RamsFanSince82 wrote:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=74doc7K4nHsThanks for the link but it won't play here. by dieterbrock 7 years 11 months ago Total posts: 11512 Joined: Mar 31 2015 New Jersey Hall of Fame Amazon’s ‘All or Nothing’ Season 2 to Focus on Los Angeles Rams’ 2016 Season POST #159 snackdaddy wrote:He'd probably make a great DC somewhere. But I don't see that ever happening. I doubt he'd ever take a step down when he's been a head coach for so long. He believes he'll coach again. But I have to wonder if any team will be knocking on his door. When he was fired it was clear his team hit rock bottom. That reflects on him. After almost 5 years you don't expect such a regression to the bottom. Especially when you consider they never had a winning season. But that was where they were with him. Rock bottom. There are some franchises out there that historically cant get out of their own way, and I could totally see one of them do it.The NY Jets will be looking for a HC after this season for sure.
