I heard a story about a rookie who was taking his time digging in and Drysdale stands there looking at and says "Are you through? Because thats where they're gonna bury you."

Pretty solid game all around by the boys in blue. They showed some moxie tonight. Hat's off to Kershaw and KJ. Can they do it again with Greinke on Thursday night?

DeGrom vs. Greinke, that's a hell of a pitching match up...

I like our chances, Grienke at home, on a roll= Dodgers victory imo...

Vintage Kershaw tonight, 3 hits allowed, in total command, there may be some naysayers re:Kershaw but the dude is money, some pitchers have a team they have trouble with, for Kershaw its the Cards post season or was the Cards post season, but you just keep giving him the ball, he'll right the ship...

I don't know who has the advantage tomorrow. Dodgers at home with one of the best pitchers going for them on normal rest. DeGrom owned the Dodgers last time. Might come down to late inning heroics for someone.

Kershaw finally got over that 7th inning hump. I was a little nervous when the Mets put two on in the 8th. Postseasons are full of unlikely heroes and I did not want to see one them be one there. But Jansen closed the door. I think Hatcher is they're best 8th inning guy. If Greinke can go 7. Hatcher can go 8th and Jansen 9th. Thats provided they figure out a way to score on DeGrom.

I've told my wife, I am not available Thursday night from 5:00pm PST till the final out...I like the Dodgers to win tomorrow night, that 13-7 pounding got everybodies attention, Grienke loves pitching in Dodgers Stadium and the team plays well there, the place will be electric...

It seems the Dodgers just need to overload their lineup with right handed batters and DeGrom won't be so dominant.

DeGrom owned us sort of. 13 S-O's is way solid but it took 127 pitches. It's no wonder they Met's saved him from game 4, his arm was probably spent.
After all the run that Utley slide caused and the negative press, I was proud of the Blue for keeping their heads in it, without Utley. Does he play Thursday?
Our guy Grienke is coming off slightly less rest but is very solid himself. If our bats wake up NLCS here we come. Pumped for this one!!
