Apparently the wording changed at some point but I can't remember exactly. IIRC original and early St. Louis PSL holders were given a 30 year promise. At some point it was amended to allow for the early escape. In addition that amendment supposedly added that we had no rights at all to sue the Rams for any reason.

I can't. All I remember was that maybe one of the season ticket renewals was a lot heftier because it contained the changes: but it was also when I moved and added seats.

I'm not a lawyer. I didn't sue and I'm not expecting a refund. Like I said I'll never buy a PSL or similar agreement ever again.
