They need to watch a ton of AD tape. He’d smoke guys with power and quickness then GATHER himself to stay under control without losing closing speed or angle. Granted, he’s the best ever but the best ever can teach you a lot. They need to get under control the instant they win at the point of attack.

When they weren't quite getting home on Kyler i could understand, Purdy not so much...

Agreed they have a ways to go apparently. Freaking Purdy ran around for 15 mins and still ran for 10 yard gain. The last two games showed how much we miss AD honestly. Hopefully time will fix these bad angles and over pursuing by our DL.

The only few mistakes that I saw from our front five when it came to the pass rush,
was from Fiske. Once he got by his block, he was rushing in a curve like move,
instead of making a straight B-line to the QB.
Just those few steps or seconds could of cause a sack or even a force fumble.
I guess he was so worried about getting beat on the outside,
thinking he was a Murray like QB.
The key is to collapse the pocket,
while he was rushing in like he was an outside defender,
trying to keep SF QB in the pocket.
I can understand if he does that on a stunt move,
where Fiske ends up on the outside,
But I saw a few snap, where he didn't make a B-line move,
he blew a few chances to get a sack or disrupt the QB.

Been watching all the different shows today (or at least from YT) and Stafford is getting a ton of positive run for what he is accomplishing with a make-shift o-line and WR's.

Also I have to say Sanchez provides good color overall on his broadcasts.

Agreed. He does his research and knows the position and offense pretty dang well. And he’s funny.

The good news on this front, imo anyway, is that Fiske started to show yesterday.

Too early to coin them "Cerberus"? Because they are going to be one hell of a scary 3 headed monster if they keep trending in the right direction.

Something is up with B. Brown, he is supposed to be a NT,

and he was playing most of his snap at DT.

He is way too slow to play any other position beside NT,

Where he can clog up the hole up the middle.

Why is the DC letting him play that position at DT.

I don't get it.
