Do we know what "Kitty" Ratcliffe and the rest of the St. Louis Civic Authority / Bridge Club / Ladies Auxiliary / whatever thinks of all this?

Who cares? Most of the people who made the original bad deal are dead, in assisted living or are retired to Florida.

I don’t know why you’re yelling at Kitty Ratcliffe as she was probably in college when the original deal was done and has nothing to do with the fan PSL suit. If anything she’s dotting the i’s and crossing the t’s for the 100% privately financed MLS stadium proposal to the league next week.

The man has no fear of litigation and letting a suit go on for years.

Stan can’t win a lawsuit in Missouri regardless of the merits. Look at the Reggie Bush suit for an example. The owners/operators of the stadium (St Louis) were released from liability so that Stan could be targeted.

At the onset (as I recall), Stan’s lawyers requested moving this to a neutral venue but were denied.

I'm out $2500 from my PSLs.

When you bought your LA Rams PSLs for Inglewood did you sit down with your legal team and read the contract front to back multiple times over the course of a day or two? Did you find anything unfavorable and contact Kevin Demoff to have it altered?

Yes, I'm stupid for not knowing that on page 16, paragraph 4, sentences 3 through 5 of the St. Louis PSL agreement that the Rams could leave early and I wouldn't get any money back plus had no legal recourse.

I learned my lesson and will never buy a PSL again. And I'll urge other people to never make the same mistake.

Georgia didn't know what planet she was on when the original PSL's were drawn up. You're giving her way too much credit. That was John Shaw's doing. She wouldn't have any clue about the contents of the contracts.

Forgive my ignorance on the subject of PSLs, and please correct me if I'm wrong, but even if the Rams had stayed in St. Louis, wouldn't you still be out the money you paid for your PSLs? I mean, as I understand it, the PSL just gives you the opportunity to buy season tickets. Were you ever going to get that money back? That seems like a sunk cost to me.

Georgia would not have had a clue about the details of the contracts, but she certainly did not enter into it with any intention to return the Rams to Los Angeles. Ever. That circumstance only developed after the change of ownership, long after the original PSLs were sold.

Hey okay! Nah, nothing against ole Kitty. Glad for her and involvement in delivering a stadium to soccer hotbed St. Louis. Soccer soccer we love soccer, that was what I heard every time I visited St. Louis for Rams games

Started with splitting 2 $500 PSLs in 1997 and worked my way up/moved around.
