Hopefully Bercovici can bounce back. Sure he was terrible in the opener, but clearly they saw something in him to start over Nelson in the 1st place.

I'll say this about the AAF, I had a real busy weekend and didn't have a chance to watch any of it, and actually was bummed about it.
Its pretty decent football.

If you count Josh Johnson, the Fleet were down to their 4 string QB on Saturday. Was Bercovici inactive, was surprised he didn't come in...

Johnny Manziel could be available. Lol

And it looks like Luis Perez is looking more and more like a D2 qb instead of a Potential NFL player.

Practice vs. game I guess. You just don't know which guys have "it" until they play the actual games.

I will say, Bercovici looked okay right out of the gate but it seems the more he played, the more he started thinking about what he was doing and where he was. Looked better than Ross though.

I don't disagree on practice vs games, but the whole Fleet team looked like crap in that 1st game, as did many teams in their 1st game. Seemed strange he goes from season opening starter to 3rd string like that

He was the opening day starter but in reality, he was the "best" of the backups since Johnson went down. Bercavici, Nelson and Ross were all pretty equally crapshoots. Johnson was the "star" QB with NFL playing time.

I don't agree with that, he (Johnson) was the first pick, but keep in mind it was a territorial thing. The Fleet had to pick from a geographical area
Heck, of the 7 other "1st round" QB, only 3 are the starter on their team.
