You should be able to transfer them electronically via your Rams Account Manager. It is linked to Ticketmaster, so you can transfer the ticket(s) to someone else as long as you know their email address. I've done this several times for Lakers and Clippers tickets.

I called the 818 number (on Tuesday) because I recently moved and hoped that my address change on ticketmaster was sent to Rams ticketing office. Fortunately it did. The lady mentioned that they were printing tickets as we spoke and that it should go out next week.
