Random thought...

I fully admit I really hate the Chargers when they left San Diego. But here is a strange idea...

Maybe they should change their name? Or maybe they should have from the start and too late now.

Hear me out.

Not the Chargers, but the LA. As an Angel fan as well, I, and just about EVERYONE (OC[which has a larger population than San Diego incidentally], LA, etc), hates that they are the LA Angel now and not Anaheim or California. Well, maybe the Chargers should have gone with California Chargers. It sounds nice and instead of the whole "fight for LA" thing they could have gone with fight for California. Kind of kept a bigger net and not shat on the Rams in the process. May have taken the bite out of them crashing the Rams parade. Maybe not too late? Much easier than another move but I would hate them slightly less if they did. Less confusion too. Or go really crazy and call them "West Coast Chargers" or something of the like.

I am really getting sick of the Chargers at this point. Can you imagine a scenario of the Rams becoming the red-headed step child of LA?

I don't live near LA so I'll admit I don't have a grasp of what is happening with the LA market.

I am not sure if this thought has been posted already but what would a Chargers SB victory parade look like and where would it be held as this is a very REAL possibility. If that is not unsettling enough could you imagine Rams vs. Chargers in the Superbowl?

I just wish they would go back to SD.

Unless the Chargers get past the Chiefs in the standings they have a tough road to the Supe. Winning 3 road games in the playoffs is very difficult.

Right now they'd play @ the Steelers. Then @ the Texans and then @ Chiefs or Pats.

I feel the Texans would be the easiest of those games and doable. But those others? They won those Steelers and Chiefs games but they were in the balance close. To repeat that? Hard.
