I think McVay is very good at what he does, but "We, Not Me" is easily spoken but he does bot represent that. He should say "Hell yes, I'm coming back, I signed a contract, I'm young, and we're going to succeed".Anything short of that is weak, PERIOD. As others have stated, if you're considering retirement, no matter how brief, then your commitment is going to be suspect.
