From CBS Sports..........

NL Cy Young prediction: Greinke 15, Arrieta 12, Kershaw 3.

NL Cy Old:Kyle Lohse andMatt Garza, Brewers. It's a tie. Garza was slightly better but he went home after declining to go to the bullpen so it's hard to separate them.Mat Latos suffered a DFA after being acquired by the Dodgers in trade.

AL Cy Young Prediction: Keuchel gets 16 votes, Price 14.

AL Cy Old (Worst pitcher):Fernando Rodney, Mariners. Rodney's been pretty good as a Cub (who hasn't been?) but was simply dreadful in Seattle, effectively torpedoing their season early.

NL MVP Prediction: Harper 28, Arrieta 1, Rizzo 1.

NL LVP:Ian Desmond, Nationals. The terrifically talented Desmond was just one of many underachievers on the Nats, poor timing for him since he's a free agent (though he should still do OK).

AL MVP Prediction: Donaldson 18, Trout 12 in first-place votes.

AL LVP (Least Valuable):Pablo Sandoval andHanley Ramirez,Red Sox LF and 3B. Combined they have a negative 2.2 WAR. Not good, not for $183 million in expense

Like your predictions HS, disagree with the Grienke prediction however for these reasons, Arrietta won 20 games, he had a no-hitter (against us), and his era is under 2.00 just Like Grienke's...Grienke would win it hands down if Arrietta were in the American league, his numbers are mind boggling & I hope I'm wrong...

Whoa that's a surprise, he's tough...I've thought back to when I started listening to Vinnie in 1958, 1st season in L.A., & can't remember Vin ever missing a broadcast...He was the one that found Don Drysdale when he died in his hotel room in Montreal of a heart attack, can't remember the year...
Get well soon Vin...
