300s, 400s, & 500s have cable railings. Suites, 100s, and 200s have glass.

I honestly have no clue why they didn't go all glass.

I think it’s an insurance thing. When they renovated the Blues arena here in St. Louis the upper bowl got the glass taken out and metal railings at the front. I know people that moved back from the first row because of the change. They were told it was something about the pitch of the rows and insurance liability requires it.

Not even close. I think they backed off the gas once COVID began. Pure speculation on my part.

That pretty unfinished escalator bank around the 6 minute mark is concerning. Reminds me of when the escalators weren't done at the TWA Dump when it opened in St. Louis.
