TheRamsFan GA13 at 10:07 ALTHOUGH, I feel like I was into the system at 10:04 or 10:05 and then took a few minutes to finish the signing out procedure. BUT I do know when I was into the system the GA13 was already assigned. Later on during that day 1/18/2016 I kept checking to see if the GA numbers were going up or down and I thought maybe that was a section or something and they only went up.
