If there’s one thing this season has taught us fans, it’s that the Rams --->*suck*<--- at tanking.

They have absolutely no idea how to do it.

None whatsoever. Not a single clue. Nothing.

Basically, the playoffs start Sunday. Each game matters, no margin for failure. We can only hope going into the SF game we are either already in or win and in. Gotta beat commandos like actions said. Lose that game and we are in deep trouble.

I think the Rams are pissed and will be taking it out on Washington for a blow out win.

Now, you know it can't happen like that!!!! If we go into week 18, 9-7 and lose to SF, while Green Bay and Minnesota go in 8-8, one of them will lose. So a loss to SF would be disheartening but not devastating. If they both lose, we're playing Detroit, while SF or Philly or Dallas host the #7 seed. And the Eagles or Dallas go to the NFC South winner. I just want a postseason game to show up those in the media (and elsewhere) who had us "rebuilding". It would be simply building.

The Browns win gave then a little room for error. Making the Ravens game not a make or break. And they can still lose the finale to SF and get in. But on the other hand there is no room for error concerning the next 3.

They have to win all 3. One loss in the next 3 and they likely don't make it. They are all winnable. But the Giants aren't as bad as they were a month ago. The Saints defense is decent. Washington's offense can move the ball. They have to be on their game for all 3.

I will update after the Sunday games and again after MNF. Vikes helped us. Lions game didn’t really matter. We will see how we look after tomorrow. Rams need to handle their business and beat the commandos.

We should be rooting for Tampa for obvious reasons.
Next comes Buffalo. A Dallas loss puts them a game behind SF for the #1 seed....and SF owns the tiebreaker. It wouldn't be the worst thing for SF to have clinched #1 going into week 18. In that line of thinking, it might not be the worst thing for Seattle to upset Philly....we own the tiebreaker over the Seahawks and SF owns the tiebreaker over Philly. So that would in affect, give SF a 2 game lead on the #1 over the two strongest contenders. The only problem with that is Seattle needs to get another loss just to cover us in case we lose to SF. And the only team I see giving them a tough game is Tennessee. They should beat Pittsburgh and Arizona.
Next would be the Saints. I'd prefer them coming into TNF on a win and not a loss.
Cleveland beating Chicago would give them 9 losses.
And Carolina upsetting Atlanta would be great, even if nearly impossible.

The problem with a Seattle win is their schedule gets easier after the Philly game. They could easily win their last 3. If they upset Philly they could possibly end up 10-7. If SF hasn't clinched the number one seed by week 18 I don't see us winning that one. Winning 10 is not likely for us.
Last thing I want to see is them eliminating us from playoff contention.
