PhonixRams is a nice guy. He hooked me up with a handful of Rams games via his Slingbox a couple of years ago. I owe him a favor. He has a seat to a couple of Rams games on the house via a future Rams ticket holder

As far as ROD I like it a lot but it's a little too cautions. As in like ppl are a lil too sensitive regarding any matter. Sometimes it's good to have a back and fourth argument. It's brings the emotion and passion out. That's fun and entertaining. For example like Max and X are doing right now. I'm enjoying it. Lol. As long as there's no name calling a childish behavior. ROD lacks that but other then that it's a well maintained site.

So is the reason this thread got totally derailed because Carmen Policy is still missing, mute or otherwise? Or is it the deafening sound of nothing coming from the Carson town hall meeting?

I have a feeling the NFL has known all along that Carson was just a smokescreen. Rams are still the front runners. Things still need to be played out though. If st. louis can't get a the stadium deal done Rams are out the door. Simple as that. Even if they can, there's no guarantee. Kroenke wants LA. He'll just have to jump through more hoops for it.

And this year to year lease with the EJD is not something many people are talking about. Kroenke's got his heart set on LA. If St. louis gets a stadium deal done and forces the NFL to tell him he can't leave, who's to say he won't just keep playing in the dome? I hear he's got a pretty owner friendly lease deal going with the EJD. I mean, can anyone force him to kick out $250-$350 mil for a stadium he doesn't want?

Imagine if St. Louis builds a stadium and the Rams don't play there? Tractor pulls? Monster truck rallies? No one else is moving there if the Rams are still there. Ain't no way that community can support two teams. Its hard enough for them to support the Rams.
