I want Judge to hit leadoff. Gardner hit 8th and Torres 9th. After the first inning, the top of the order starts with #8.

I get your point. I think Gardy is finished. His 1.5 months of good production every season is not good enough.

I wouldn't want Judge at leadoff tho. Let him and Stanton stay where they are. Its awesome how many options we have if Sanchez can become his best self again.

Tanaka vs Verlander in a couple of hours. I am so hyped for this.

The thing that's impressing me is the list of Yankees on the IL claims 4 starters. Hicks, Didi, Andujar and Stanton. That's not counting Severino, Betances and Sabathia. Tulowitzki….no surprise there. Now if they hang with the Astros with those guys missing, look out AL/MLB.

Vaunted bullpen blows it again....
Green is over. He had some magic in 2017, and came back to earth in 18 and is just done now.
I know as a Yankee fan we are spoiled by BP success over the last 20+ years but still, this pen just doesn't lend itself to any confidence.
Other than Otto- just cant over work the dude

But DB in game 1 Vino and Zack Britton both blew it for us. Walks costing us the game. Those 2 are supposed to be the best other than Delin and Chappy.

Didn't watch game 2 but the Astors definitely stole game 1. We had Verlander beat and the bull pen let us down. I'm not too bothered to be honest. Delin will come back and Boone will rely less on Chad Greene.

Otto has been money. He had 1 bad outing. Kahnle, Holder and Green are totally unreliable at this point. Britton was just ok last year and this year is no better. These guys can’t find the plate.
Just a terrible series against Houston.
Could/should have won at least 2 of the games. Lead in every one and still got swept
The bats are keeping us in games. They held there own against some great pitching, got us a lead.
I’m not panicked, long season ahead. Just frustrating that they made such an investment in the off season in pitching and so far it’s been not paying off.

It's funny (not funny) to see good pitchers come here and then just...…...………. I don't know.

But the most disheartening thing is to see us making so many fundamental mistakes on a daily basis. That's not cool.

Yankees pitching is deplorable outside of Tank and German.
Green has to go and Happ is just awful.
Man. All the concern about the rampant injuries but the team still can score runs.
The pitching? Ugh.
Ok I say uncle.

Or vice versa. Has either got 2 consecutive batters out this year? I'm sure they have!

Happ 2.75 Whip/ 13.50 ERA
Green 1.68 Whip/ 11.81 ERA

Keep that kid up who made his debut the other night. Joe Harvey.

Got to witness this train wreck of a team in person today.
No plate discipline whatsoever while ironically the pitchers all walk too many guy.
