Just started watching the Orlando/San Antonio game on the website and it reminds me of early days of ESPN or Satellite TV. They just have an open feed of the video/sound of halftime at the game. No commercials, no commentators, no halftime show...just the camera pointed at the 50 yard line/ground and the sounds of the stadium.

After being so impressed with them the first week, it's like they just gave up on looking professional.

EDIT: okay, I know that a selling point was that you could hear the players and coaches on the field but are they purposely not having commentators? The only sounds of this game are of the players on the field. No down and distance on the screen, score, etc. as mentioned already.

As with anything there needs to be balance and as much as I don't need 6 guys on a pregame show and two different sideline reporters or even a color commentator in the booth...someone calling the game is something I'm too used to.

EDIT II: okay, left the official site and found a live stream and it's just the site that's devoid of graphics and "sound".

To make matters worse on the official site, if you scroll down below the live feed it shows a scoreboard. Problem is that it’s about a minute ahead, (or the feed is a minute behind) so you’ll know what happens before you see the actual play

Yeah, talk about spoilers! I had a few plays ruined for me last week before I realized what was going on.

WOW. Lucky throwing into traffic like that. But who could tell the difference between the 2 uni's anyway? They almost looked the same. Do they not have road whites yet?

And you can tell what MM has been doing during his years away from the game. Even the slimming black didn't help. It looks like he ate Andy Reid.

.

This came up in chat too - it’s really hard to tell the teams apart with the game uniforms so similar.

Hopefully they fix that.

Like MM would say,, "shoot we'll fix that"...

But it shouldn't need fixing. Why is it that pro leagues get uniforms soooo wrong?
