There is no delay since March is the normal time for a relocation vote to happen. The NFL just wanted to move the time frame to give the team or teams more time to market in LA but even if they moved in June there's plenty of time. The "buzz" will still be there and the excitement of a return of a team may actually be enhanced by a later relocation.

All 3 teams aren't going to move so even if one team gets a new stadium in Cali which is hard to do is a win win no matter how you look at it.

Imagine a scenario where SD,Oak,San Fran and LA get new stadiums(Levi's is new). That's a huge win. All 4 Cali teams will be set for the next 30-40 years. Cali is going to continue to grow in population from the south to the north. If this happens and it could happen, the entire state is going be an NFL juggernaut.

As a BIG side bonus LA could continue to be used as leverage for a second team.

Ask any logical person LA Ram fan or not and they'll all agree this a dream scenario.

He's been on record saying he'll go with what the NFL feels is best. Now if he feels that the NFL is dragging it out and stalling?

It would shock me if they have all these meetings and town hall meetings only to punt on 2016.

A punt helps SD the most. St. Louis offer will not improve, though their financing might get squared away Carson isn't moving a piece of dirt until they get a commitment. Inglewood? Do Kroenke and stock bridge wait another year? Who the hell knows with Oakland.

I'm still trying to figure out who benefits most from a vote delay as it pretty much wipes out LA 2016..

I think us the fans would benefit as we would have a chance to read these headline stories if the vote is moved to March.

The recent news of a March vote has made the cities alderman announce there will in fact be a ballot initiative for city residents to vote upon the cities finances for the River front stadium. Upon hearing such news, local reporter and cities recognized drama queen Bernie Miklasz. Writes his most moving article ever, Bernie sums up the suffering locals and citizens of the state feel with all their inhumane suffering. Bernie ask the simple question what people in the history of the world has ever been asked to deal will racial issues in such a extreme. Within a a years time MO has had to deal with Ferguson and now Mizzou. Bernie was quoted saying "Who other than Missouri has ever had to face such racial tension in a years time" "Is there no end to the weight and burden we are asked to carry in this life".

Miklasz's article has struck a cord with Governor Nixon, as Bernie calls for martial law to be declared due to such unprecedented suffering in such short time periods and Peacock to be announced as states Ombudsman and unprecedented powers given him to make his word law. So in a recent move Nixon has declared Peacock, the rule of law, until martial law is removed and declared no longer in place.

Peacock in a surprising move within hour's of being declared the supreme voice and rule in MO, has announced he has solved the River Front stadium finance problems. He was seen smiling from ear to ear when he announced that in fact no money or taxes will come from local residents. His self written and passed bill, "You owe us for breathing our humidity". This sweeping legislation taxes every non state resident for the privilege of breathing our humidity. State immigration officers now patrol our local airports were every passenger is asked to produce a MO state issued ID card. Passengers who are unable to do so are taxed $1.00 for humidity breath usage. Pregnant passengers are taxed $2.00 as the legislation has recognized they are in fact breathing for 2 people. The state patrol has also set up border check points on our roads so they can also stop any cars with out of state tags and impose the stadium tax.

Peacock, in a interview has stated he still don't believe this will raise enough funding. So he has been in talks and inked a deal with Goodwill industries of America. Goodwill in a gesture of goodwill has agreed to place a "Save our Rams" donation box next to their current donation boxes in all locations across the other 49 states. All donated articles will be sold at local stores and all funds sent to Peacock's newly appointed "Save our Rams" task force.

Also in the news today Shane Gray has penned a article about the force Peacock is. Shane quotes a unnamed source, who Gray says you can count on as money in the bank. According to Shane in his article his unnamed source claims there is no record of any man ever having sex with his (Peacock's) mother before his birth. His source also claims an eye witness account, he claims he often saw Peacock on weekends remove the top of beer vats at AB. After the top was removed according to the sources eye witness account and words "Dave would walk on beer".

Today a lucky customer and Raider's fan at P.F. Chang's won a $20.00 bet when he bet it was in fact Mark Davis who was sitting at the bar drinking alone. The lucky customer bet it was in fact Davis, while one friend had bet it was Bonnie Franklin, reprising her role as Ann Romano from the tv sitcom, One Day at a time. When his friend lost he just merely said "Oh come on dude, easy mistake it is the same haircut" Other friends bet's were Dr Zauis from Planet of the Apes, Bucky Larson and Jeff Daniels getting into character for the next installment of Dumb and Dumber.

The Raider's fan and lucky winner of the bet after approaching Davis and asking him "Who the hell are you dude?" and receiving direct confirmation from Davis as to just who the hell he was. The lucky winner also asked Davis what's his plans for a new Raider's stadium. Davis replied "I am staying put, I am going to finance a new stadium myself". The lucky winner then stated "Say What". Davis then replied back " Working within my budget, finances and envisioned dream. I am going to set up aluminum bleachers and folding lawn chairs at our local sand lot".

In a surprising move today Spanos has announced the coup de grace of all his hires and moves. He announced he was bringing double trouble to the Carson site and no way any owners would vote against him after his latest name drop. Securing one of his partner's after January of 2017, he is bringing in former community organizer, Senator, and President of the U.S. Barrack Obama. Obama was quoted saying "Kroenke? Isn't he on the J.V. team?" Obama also went on to say he would see no problems getting all the owners to see the dream of a Carson site. When asked what his first move would be to get such a consensus he replied" I will call a beer summit". Also as further move to lock up Carson as the preferred site and part two of Spanos' coup de grace. Dean has brought on Al Gore to run all wifi and internet related technologies. Spanos was also quoted saying if these names don't get the deal done and approved "I will next bring on Jenna Jamison and friends to pole dance on all our support beams".

Today Stan Kroenke was seen eating lunch across the street from his 3 month old in process building project. He was eating lunch with David and John Modell, the son's of deceased Art Modell. As well as having lunch with Bill Bidwell. When asked for comment, Roger Goodell stated Stan is a human and human's have to eat. When asked if this is a move by Stan to get advice on how to move? Goodell, stated oh come on you are just reading into this. Goodell was also quoted saying "He is silent Stan everyone knows he can't talk business and eat at the same time". In a unrelated move Goodell has also announced the formation of a new committee "What the hell are we going to do if the SOB goes rogue". Goodell stated Grubman will head the committee and it has nothing to do with Kroenke and his lunch with the Modell's and Bidwell. Goodell said any related circumstances of the lunch and the formation of the committee is just pure coincidence and he closed out his statements by saying once again "Stan is human and humans are in the business of eating".

If they bump the relocation another year Nixon will be out of office in November. Funding goes bye bye with him out.
It also killed any chance for Olympics and Super Bowls in LA as rumored to be a goal early on in this saga.
