I wonder if the possible problem the FAA is seeing is with TCAS, or ILS or transponders. Or does the stadium have some plans to use analog signals and place some sort of receiving/transmission antenna up there. Analog can and does effect radar. However I think it will all be a easy fix once the radar type HF (height finder) weather, collision, etc is found out. In the mornings the Jumbos come out of the West. I'll tell you, when I was on this homes roof it felt like the landing gear were going to hit me in the head. This happens twice every 5 minutes all day long so hills, and buildings are not the problem. The reflectivity of the roof apparently isn't either but coatings will likely be required. No way, no how. The old racetrack would have been an issue then. Its grandstands would be about the same height as the top of this stadium. Never a peep herd on its existence by the feds. And never a subject matter for the airlines landing at LAX. Same as San Diego.People who have experience in this area know different.I'm a contractor and was rehabbing a home on the hill on Point Loma directly in Lindbergh Fields flight path.. In the mornings the Jumbos come out of the West. I'll tell you, when I was on this homes roof it felt like the landing gear were going to hit me in the head. This happens twice every 5 minutes all day long so hills, and buildings are not the problem. The reflectivity of the roof apparently isn't either but coatings will likely be required. Problem likely solved. GO RAMS !!! GO DODGERS !!!
