If Rams L to SF and NO wins, Rams are 4 seed.

Get Car at home.

If W, then they get Philly.

As 3 seed, they have to go to Minn with W over Sea or Atl.

Philly is the better path.

I think we stand a better chance of a home NFC Championship game if we're the 3 seed. Plus, Minny is indoors (weather)

Water under the bridge. Plenty of instances where a team playing an extra game went deep in the playoffs. A few even went to the Superbowl. Its not like there is a choice.

No easy games in the playoffs. But if we get past the 1st round going to Philly looks like the easier route to the NFC Title game.

Philly? Beat Minnesota and we're the #2 seed. Beat them both and we're the #1 seed. But like you said, water under the bridge. I'd rather lose to them in the regular season and beat them in the playoffs than the other way around. It's said all the time, beating a good team twice is extremely difficult and make no mistake, we are a good team.

As a #3 seed, the Rams will mop up the #6 and then go to Minny. Winner of that game will face the Saints because they will beat Philly.
As the 3 seed, the game is in LA, as a #4 its in New Orleans. I'd rather play the Eagles on the road than the Saints in the Big Easy

I would much rather hang onto the #3 seed. Momentum going into the playoffs with a win would be huge.

The Eagles look more beatable than the Vikings but if the Rams end up #4 they will most likely play both on the road. If they finish #4 they are guaranteed 2 road games after the wildcard round. Get the #3 seed and they have a chance to host the NFC Championship in LA.
