Great message board we have here. No one calling attention to themself for having a suggestion becoming a Rams offer. And better yet, we have others giving due credit to a poster who provided a very practical player/current FA status evaluation. Overall, great reporting!

That looks matchable. I was hoping for lower end starter money to make it very difficult for the Bills to match.

It looks like the Bills have 15 vs the Rams 23 under the cap before account for draft class signings (which I saw the Rams estimate at 5 mill so the Bills might be slightly higher since they have a 1st Rd pick)

So that doesn't add up:
5 mil with salaries of 1.5 and 1.5 = 3 mil
Roster bonus on March 21st of 1 mil (obviously 2017 and 2018)

Perhaps the salary part is matchable. Maybe not the roster bonus.
Why so early? A roster bonus March 25th if on the roster March 21st? That's gotta have something to do with Buffalo's cap. Of course if you just signed him he's gonna be on the roster in a week.
