I would think the LA Coliseum would control exclusivity not the Rams.

Is the Coliseum officially an on campus stadium? Do they serve beer at USC games?

Haven't been to a USC game in a while but a few years back, USC banned Beer from being sold stad wide due to unruly fan behavior. There were a few places you could get it before the game started inside the gates. I would be shocked if that policy would extend to NFL games.
