I think you're right. I've been a fan of the Rams since the mid 60's and one of the reasons is it's cool to watch them in the Coliseum on a sunny day in the middle of the winter while other parts of the country are buried in snow. Definitely the atmosphere is a big part of it even when you watch the games on television.

Love the team and always will.

I have absolutely no use for "ex-St Louis Rams fans" who now embrace the Titans.

You were never Rams fans--just St Louis homers. Form a knitting circle on the PD, and play with yourselves, collectively.

I will always follow the Rams to the ends of the Earth. I hate fair weather followers.

Go Rams! So glad you are back home.

I think they probably just got tired of watching losing football.

So they decide to jump ship and become Titans fans? That makes tons of sense....To each his own, but the whole story sounds kinda whacked to me I would think The Chiefs would be the natural choice if they weren't going to continue to follow the team to LA.

So they became Titans fans? That level of "intelligence" is astounding.

Have a feeling once the Rams start winning consistently many will jump back on board and some will moan about how bad they were until they moved and then they became good.

Just be thankful St. Louis embraced the RAMS while they were there. The home field advantage was tremendous, especially, when the RAMS were hitting the playoffs on a regular, albeit short, basis. Those home playoff victories were key to getting two Super Bowl entries. I don't think the RAMS beat Tampa if they are not at home.

So bid a fond farewell to the St. Louis crowd. Think of it as a long term relationship that just didn't work out...nevertheless, there were lots of good memories that will never be forgotten.

Typical StL sports fan responses

Their beloved Cards are now 9 games back of the Cubs  so they can't wait to jump on another wagon.

Go Rams!!!

Exactly. At least we got to enjoy them all along.

Piss and moan about how the rams aren't a winning team and then switch to a bigger loser, go figure.

Again it really is about proximity for them.
