5 straight West crowns. Super Bowl winners. Yeah. Funny.

John Elway, Peyton Manning and Brock Osweiler are not walking out the tunnel. It's going to be Butt Fumble, Kapernik or some other average QB.

It's a "what have you done for me lately" league. When the QB play for the Broncos stinks up the joint in 16. No ones going to care about prior success. They'll calling for Elways head.

It's hard to find a good QB. Broncos fans were blessed with Elway and Manning and might have with Brock.

We'll see what happens now.

Didn't you read Trey Wingo's tweet upthread? Orton, Tebow, Manning and Osweiler have been their QB's during that run. 3 different HC's and who knows how many OC's?

You're acting as if not only can't they win with Sanchez, but will fail miserably. History has shown that if you put Sanchez in the right situation, he can get a team to the playoffs. No, he's not the ideal solution at QB but I think Elway and the Broncos deserve some benefit of doubt here. Sanchez has a very impressive blooper reel, he is the "butt" of many jokes and deservedly so. But Elway doesn't futz around at the QB position. If he thinks Sanchez is worth trading for, then I'd think Sanchez has something good to offer.

Elway only gave up a conditional 7th round pick in 2017. Meaning most likely if he Sanchez gets cut or doesn't play in 16 then the Eagles don't get the pick. I think that's a desperation move by Elway.

However, Elway and Kubiak deserve the benefit of the doubt. They lost a lot of good players recently but have a good GM and good coaches. Wade Phillips is a great DC imo and Kubiak is a good coach.

Funny, I think he's the weakest link right now. His offense and decisions were what held Denver back last year. I think his "style" is far too rigid and doesn't actually utilize the personnel at his disposal. Phillips, who's a good DC, saved their bacon.

I mean, did they even have an offense? Kubiak wants to run the ball but they didn't really run very well and he took Manning away from what he was comfortable doing. They won it all so what's to argue, but I've not been impressed by what he's done in particular. Granted, the Broncos couldn't just let Manning be the end all for them but I think walking away from what he was so good at was questionable.

No offense but who is calling for Elways head? I haven't heard that locally from anyone.

I've lived in Colorado my whole life. This guy is worshiped here. Main reason I can't stand him and the Broncos.

I tell you who I think is the perfect QB for Denver? Colt McCoy. Cant throw it more than 30 yards, but inside that he's pretty damn accurate

The ball might travel farther up a mile high. 8-) Colt the Bronco make sense.
