Yeah den, I gotta say that this is frustrating news. it's clear to everyone in the world that the Rams owner is ahead of schedule has the best plan yada yada. However if there is any truth to this rumor, it would appears the league might want something different. I can't for the life of me understand why they would want to help the two-weak sisters by filling the second most lucrative market with them. it just doesn't make sense.
Perhaps this is just the new spin and they were meeting with Garcetti yesterday anyway.
I guess one thing came to light is the ruse that the toxic Carson project has been a long. So if that was exposed for being a fraud they had to move on to some other place or lose all leverage. now if this press barage is explained away then I believe the Rams are one step closer. Otherwise I guess they (Spanos) really doesn't want to work with ESK.

by the way, it annoys me when writers from other cities tell us what's best for Los Angeles. not so sure the number is on this new project so it's hard to say whether or not it's the best for the NFL either.
