Whit ran a 4.4. He’s is fast. He can be a deep threat. I don’t believe MCV looks at his WRs as just his or just that. Sure, he can and has used Tutu’s speed as a clear out. But all his guys run all the routes, even the deeper part of the tree 7,8,9 routes. That’s part of why his 11P package is so hard to defend - there is no “tell” as to who is running what based on pre-snap alignment.

What I find amusing is Tutu was hated as a draft pick, hated as a 2nd year guy and predicted to be gone before his contract was up or when it expired (at the latest). So what did the Rams see? His hands? His speed? His versatility? His being underused? Apparently, the experts had it wrong. Only a 1 year deal but a deal none-the-less.

Doesn’t mean you don’t keep adding explosive players and another 2-4 pass catchers will surely be added. If a stud TE is there at 26, I can see the Rams taking him.

But, as snack said, we need to improve the backend and run stopping on D. They have to make improvement additions at corner, ILB, DT. I think they are set at safety, 3-tech, edge and one off-ball backer. They need to add a bonafide ILB and DT and then a bunch of competition at corner.

IMO

Free agent signing (internal and external) will definitely impact my selections. That said, Tutu's deal does not eliminate WRs from consideration, even at pick #26 if the right guy is available.

I agree. And it gives them a little more flex in the draft. I do hope they look internally first in FA. As we have seen, making mistakes with external FAs can be an expensive lesson.

Judging by AJ’s 7 million dollar (only) in 2025, the Rams are going to be aggressive in free agency and or trade market. Got to it . Come on Adams
