Too be fair,, when comparing anywhere to the Rams Inglewood project, you wont find many/any that measure up to it.
Smaller market, smaller stadium.

Not sure myself. I'd rather have the Chargers than the Raiders in LA but I'd much rather have neither. I'm not at all clear on what to root for in regards to the Chargers in San Diego.

It does open a door for the Raiders but can they afford to walk through it? That seems to be the gamble if the Chargers stay in SD. Leaves me reluctant to fully commit as well.

That is a nice looking rendering and setup. I really like that open corner they show for the entrance and the platform with the umbrella's and tables.
