I'd take Kap if he doesn't break the Cap. No really, if we could get him for a 6th or 7th, I think it would be worth it. I think the option read would excel much like the Niners did with Harbaugh. This Rams team could be very similar to those niner teams. Now for that pesky problem... who's the odd man out and do the Rams have the "Kap" space?
