So what's the deal? I mean how stressed are the coaches? The players... aside from the few left who know a thing or two, are undeniably
green. Damn challenging.

They're not completely green though. Everyone on offense except Avila has NFL starting or at least playing experience. On defense, there's likely only one rookie starter--Young. Unless reports are true that Turner starts at NT, which I doubt. Odds are any rookie or rookies will rotate with more experienced players. As for most of the positions on D, there's a long list of 2nd, 3rd, and 4th year players on D that have some playing experience. They're in the same system they were before and in most cases have the same position coaches.

The D is not a veteran unit with repeat starters at every position (though the offense pretty much IS that). But it's a cut or 2 above being completely green.

Wasn't Greg Gaines green until he wasn't? Year 1...193 snaps; Year 2....201 snaps....Year 3.....780 snaps.
Same with Nick Scott. So why not Bobby Brown....22 - 164 - ___?
Or Murchison? Or Ernest Brown?
