Clearly Evans thought the play call was a screen pass. Lol. MCV left him in the lineup for “continuity”and communication in a hostile, loud environment. Well he got continuity as Evans continues to miss blocks and steal the oxygen of the players around him. I know the dude cares but his technique is so bad and he is not athletic so can’t make up for crap technique.

A grazie tante (big thanks) to the poliziotti for their understanding. I swear one way streets will be the death of me...just seems unnatural not to be able to go down a street.

About two months ago, I was tooling around in a 2005 Honda Civic (Wow! how exciting!) and we came across a guy who had just bought a new Ferrari; however, he was having trouble coming to grips with the car...shifting seemed to be the main issue. Anyway, he's going about 5mph in a 40 zone, can't find first gear but he is revving the hell out of the engine figuring at some point, I suppose, he'd find first gear. The engine sounded glorious with all those revs singing to the heavens.

Bobby Evans was one of 3 IIRC Draft Picks offa a very dominant Oklahoma Sooner OL, back in the 2019 Draft, Ram 3rd Round Pick, #97 overall.

With an uber NCAA pedigree like the above, one has to wonder why Bobby Evans ended up like such an inept palookah as a NFL OLineman, today......

but it was Aaron Kromer who was Evans' first NFL OL Coach for 2019 and 2020, eh!!

With all of this beef on both sides of the ball,

And Allen can be flexible to move out to block the LBers,

or help to double the inside.

I feel they could open up holes in the run game.

Hopefully Ty Hsekhe if given a chance, can shine.

Chandler Brewer was the highest rated per PFF. Jake is a cool dude. Like his podcasts. I invited him to come hang here. We will see.

Back to Evans. His technique is Awful in pass pro. He is a pretty decent run blocker when he is not in space. In pass pro, I notice he is a top-heavy waist bender with a narrow base set and bad feet. He also has a weak punch and is weak over all, upper body. All of those “qualities” spell disaster in pass pro - against speed or power and a complete shitshow when facing rushers who convert speed to power well. They also are bad qualities when working to the second level and trying to strike a moving LB in space.

He Must be completely different in practice. How else could they trot him out there week after, ehem, WEAK.
