SS/Pover, is an All Pro, good tackler in the box. Then with the addition of Von Miller helps out, but he doesn’t have AD next to him anymore and that’s it. Everyone else is no threat, The Bills CB are not their strongest point. IMOOn Offense, QB/Allen seems to be a very good QB, big and mobile, can’t arm tackle him, need to use all of your body to take him down. Then with WR/Diggs a pro bowler, and a very good veteran OL for this season. Then an above Avg RB/Singleton. WR/Davis, 6-2 210, ppl wants to talk about him, because he had a great playoff game against the Chiefs. But IMO, the Chief laid an egg on defense in that game. Just to add, the Bills played in a weak schedule in 2021. And ended up with a 11-6 record. That’s not a good record when playing in a weak schedule. IMOWhy the media are hyping this team is beyond me? What made this team was their offense, they had two WR in the past, but with the loss of WR/Beasley, they will not be the same. Its kind of like Bonanza when Ben Cartwright is gone and Little Joe, Hoss, and Adam have to deal with all the bad guys on their own. I’ve got my fingers crossed that McVay makes it work. ~ max ~“The consciousness of good intentions disdains ambiguity.” - Alexander Hamilton, The Federalist Papers by Elvis 2 years 7 months ago Total posts: 40989 Joined: Mar 28 2015 Los Angeles Administrator Re: Week ONE: Bills @ Rams POST #20 I hope Raheem has a good plan for Tavon... One receiver no one can cover one on one with Kupp. Another receiver who can out muscle defenders for the ball in Robinson. Can they double both? Then it leaves Higbee who is also another good target. The only question is, will the revamped line hold up to give Stafford time to find those guys? Defensively its all about Josh Allen. Need to contain him. Sure, he's big and can hang in the pocket. He's not Kyler Murray when held in the pocket. But he's still most dangerous when improvising. Still can't let him use his legs to make plays. by max 2 years 7 months ago Total posts: 5713 Joined: Jun 01 2015 Sarasota, FL Hall of Fame Week ONE: Bills @ Rams POST #19 snackdaddy wrote:The only question is, will the revamped line hold up to give Stafford time to find those guys? This is the ball game, imo. I can easily see our OL having problems in this game. Without Whit there isn’t the same level of leadership and steadying force on our OL. Plus it’s the first time this group as a whole gets to play in a regular season game and the Bills will test them with all sorts of tricks.
