I’m not sure Stafford was much of an upgrade once the draft picks are factored in

He is an upgrade. But he's not the savior we hoped he'd be. He's one of the most talented QB's in the league. But it takes more than talent to be great. The jury is still out on whether or not he has more than just talent. The last 3 games made us question that. Others need to step up. And that includes the coaches.

I never believed the hype about Stafford being the perfect fit for Rams. But as a Rams fan, I would have been happy to be wrong. Stafford is a good QB. IMO NFL coaches have McVay's number and the former boy genius doesn't have a plan B.
