Is that true? I thought current documents supersede older ones. It's that way with wills and estates. I doubt any subsequent documents signed between the Rams and RSA would have ever precluded that top tier language though.

Yeah it was a term of relocation eligibility. That wreaks of extortion to me. I hope his lawyers scoured the statutes before allowing him to sign that doc..

Man, between the delayed timeline, the additional costs and ESK signing away one of his biggest threats, this has been a rough morning for our cause. That said, I still see ESK suing if need be.

Stan does not need to sue. It is his team and his stadium project. Just move. Then the NFL would have to sue to stop, if they desired.
