Do we know how each of these owners are likely to vote, and therefore the vote of each committee?

Publicly, we know that McNair and Richardson are all in on Spanos and Carson and Jones is on the side of Kroenke. Rumors are also Kraft is on Kroenke side, but I've seen it go both ways.

My non-public info (take it for what it's worth) only adds in Lurie and Ross from this list to Kroenke side. At least we now know Lurie aint weak or shy.

Honestly looks like the LA committee is 100% in on Spanos, depending on Kraft. Oh, and the Giant's dude's partner has been pretty vocal in support of Rams - but not sure how that power works.

In terms of the Finance Committee, we know that Lurie and Ross are pro Kroenke, I've heard that Blank is possibly pro Kroenke as well (he is a New Guard member).. Hard to say how Kahn would vote.

On the Stadium committee, Johnson and Jones are pro Kroenke, maybe York.

It's "funny", the only thing working against Kroenke is the biggest thing to better the league. Of course the owners aren't going to want Kroenke to come in and set the precedent that the NFL can pay for it's own new stadiums. But the public will love him for it and it will be a real win for the league overall.

IMO, Kroenke using his own money to pay for his own stadium is exactly why he's getting any opposition internally.

I believe Goodell is on Kroenke's side. Here's an interesting article on the owners who are in his corner.

Los Angeles and NY are in a class all their own. Mr Kroenkes wealth is not the norm either. They are a perfect match for each other. LA/ESK is not business as usual.
What city hoping for a team would look at the LA situation and say, we want a team but the owner has to spring for it because one did in LA?
My first impression is the league owners should be more afraid to set a precedent accepting the StL deal. Because it's a more accepted standard split type arrangement, StL's scrawny offering would put more pressure on owners to pay more (70%). jmo

Goodell main job is to make the NFL more profitable, and like the guy or not, credit the guy for it or not, you cant argue that during his tenure the brand has reached levels never been seen before.
Kroenke LA proposal is best for the NFL, and most profitable. Wish the owners were more concened with that vs who they "like"
