This all assumes they don't broker a deal.

I feel he will get approved, but like snack I think if it actually goes to the vote it will be a second ballot after the first deadlock.

Although I presented the case against Kroenke, clearly he knows exactly what he's up against and isn't just sitting back. Kroenke is unrelenting in his pursuit of LA. I still believe that somehow, someway he makes it happen.

I sure hope you're right Max because I just don't see that Riverfront Stadium being an upgrade in a market that is trending downward.

I agree with you. And if we don't see that, you can be sure we aren't the only ones.

Forcing a guy like Kroenke, with all his resources, back into STL would be a huge problem for the NFL.

I will be totally shocked if that happens....I have a feeling we will have closer of some sort or another.

The market is trending downward but the Mississippi is rising. This disaster is going to cost the region a lot of money. It might serve as a reminder that spending $$ on a stadium might not be so wise. Not to mention building a stadium right on the banks of that rising river might not be as ideal as the locals are pretending.
Perhaps God is sticking up for his City of the Angels. ;)
