This is the billion dollar question. I have gone over this again and again. The only way I see it is if Kroenke down deep really want's to stay in the StL market. Or at least is willing to if they build him a stadium and give him an offer he can't refuse. Not a horses head thing but where he makes so much money he could forego the wealth of riches and prestige he'd hand over to Spanos and Davis in LA.
I just can't see StL being able to fund anything like this unless a bunch of private investors come up with Kroenke's required portion. I also can't see a scenario anyone can offer that he might except.
I don't know the man or his priorities so I could be wrong, but from what I've read of him, he likes to own the land and he deeply likes to win at battle.

Chargers and Raiders have already said they preferred their current home markets and still do. So a back up plan which made that possible makes sense.
Now is Spanos and/or Davis willing to roll the dice and let ESK get LA with a promise from him that he will make one of them a ton of money as a subordinate in Inglewood and the other a cash infusion for their stadium effort? I can see that as a way to make all 3 happy.

The fact that the league owners/NFL state that specifically as a their target outcome tells me that something like this must already be the majority consensus.

Good Call. But boo to the Chargers anyway.

If its the Chargers, they stay in SD, Raiders have no partner for Carson, and Rams go to Inglewood or stay in St. Louis, and Davis does Carson?

If either of Charaiders back down, both are stuck in current market.

I find it interesting that ever since Kroenke made his announcement that he's building an NFL stadium in Inglewood, Rams have been silent.

With all due respect, that explanation makes no sense. For example, as has been pointed out by Roggin and others, Carson doesn't work financially with only one team.

Also selling his pro teams has never been his m.o, so I'll state that option unlikely. I don't think he's interested in developing own stadium in Midwest either, not lucrative enough long term.

If its the Raiders, Spanos has no partner in Carson, Rams go to Inglewood or stay in St. Louis and Chargers stay in SD or do Carson by themselves. - No Carson unless SK partners with Chargers in this scenario, Carson doesn't make money on project with only one team. The Raiders are necessary for the facade of Carson to sound plausible. Roggin and Carson have said this, two teams needed. One of Kroenke's inherent advantages (besides better stadium, better financials, more shovel ready by at least a year) is it can happen with only one team initially, which is a much cleaner deal for the NFL. The compost clan or pro Carson, Raiders, Charger folk will never admit this. For some reason, two teams moving at once has always been best because of the California Solution nonsense/kill two birds with one stone argument. Mind you, Inglewood is a two team facility.

If its the Chargers, they stay in SD, Raiders have no partner for Carson, and Rams go to Inglewood or stay in St. Louis, and Davis does Carson? - Raiders can't do Carson alone, Carson dies and the Raiders are screwed and this would be the easiest path for the Rams to Inglewood, with I assume money kicked to both Chargers/Raiders. Or Raiders become tenant in Inglewood.

If either of Charaiders back down, both are stuck in current market. - Unless either wants to do Inglewood

This just seems too simple. I don't see anyway the Rams back away and are even remotely satisfied with a "sweet deal."

As Jim Thomas has said repeatedly, Kroenke wants out of STL, repeat after me, Kroenke wants out of STL.

Of the 3 owners, none of them want out of their existing market more than Kroenke.
