That happens at a lot of venues. I’ve been burned before with seat maps that show them lining up with a certain spot and it’s not as good a spot. Since it’s so big the United Center in Chicago is one prime example.

One website and app that’s cool is A View From My Seats. It really helps at Wrigley Field and finding posts and obstructed view seats.

Yeah I saw it, but there was a line when it was at their practice in Irvine and I don't want to be bothered at a game.

It is what it is at this point. I still think sooner rather than later they will release the virtual venue. I know they probably want all the SSL's sold first though.
