No clue. I feel like they barely won against a really bad team. That every week is a struggle. That this team is always just good enough.

dang it red, i was feeling verbatim, exactly what you just posted, until i read your post...

it was while i was reading, that i realized what i told my sons GF while we were all watching the games at the local pizza hut..

she's a big NYG fan, and while the rams were struggling with the lions, her g-men were about to seal the deal with chicago...

i told her i picked chicago to win, but that i was rooting for her giants, and by that time the rams had taken control, and her giants were about to get their hearts pushed to the limit on the last play of regulation...

anyhow, to the point... i told her that any team can beat any team, due to the fact that every team has elite players and those that aren't elite are just barely less talented in 99% of the cases.. rarely is there an AD...

so because of that, in comes the better coached/better system, tip of the scales...

so yes detroit may not be headed to the playoffs, but they can whip ass on ANYONE if certain criteria play out... i thought it would be a ram blowout, and if you look at only the score, it was very close to that, but you and i watch the entire game, so our takes are a little more involved, we know it was a much closer game than either of us expected/hoped for...

don't sell this ram team short, i know i keep trying to..

i was actually seeing spurts of greatness in the defense... let's hope this is just a base to now build on...
