Not to mention that play by the catcher at 3rd. Couldn't he see the runner was going? FFFF

Why is that guy even starting the Championship Series?!? He got a pivotal hit, that's great. But you don't shit on Grandal that way. It's an insult to him to start the backup for no good reason.

NLCS game one in the books. F you Dodgers for making me care with the three run comeback. F you Maeda because you are a wet noodle. F you Howie Kendrick for not batting with the bases loaded. And lifetime effff you Blanton for pitching like a 10 year old with an 0-2 count to a fucking bus boy taken directly from the bratwurst stand. In fact, Blanton, you have achieved Tom Niedenfuerer and Blake DeWitt status with me. You are gone. Disappeared and the "garbagy throw in" to every shitty Dodger trade until the end of time. Asshole. Learn how to pitch in somebody else's organization. Shit. This has the potential of being one of the worst sports weekends of all time. Go Rams.

Terrific game by Kershaw and Jansen. Those are two studs out there. The both closed it out in the NLDS and got us back in the NLCS. 3 games in a row at home. Cubbies are tough. I can't imagine a sweep. But 2 out of 3 going back to Chicago would be great. Especially is Kershaw is on the mound game 7.

They salvaged the day with the win. The Rams disappointed me as usual but the Dodgers are hanging tough.

Great performance by Kershaw. Playing like the hall of famer that he is. A great performance by both Kersh and Jansen. Both pitchers have gone off the careful MLB script to show their true excellence.

Adrian has shown in back to back games that being a smart hitter is better than being a physical beast with a wild ass swing. Young Mr. Seager will learn a great deal from his smart teammate.

Just heard the last time the Cubs were shut out in the post season Babe Ruth was the winning pitcher.

Great win. The Dodgers are actually a character driven "scrappy" team. Who knew? Best of five series with home field advantage now. Not bad. Go Doyers.

P.S. - is it me or is Cub fan the whiniest balls and strikes bitch in the league?

Plus post game there was a band of "lovable Cubbie" fan drunken losers trying to scream over the FS1 channel analysts on camera. Could tell the "talent" was annoyed, but it continued for a weirdly long time. Hmm, 103 wins, and the populace already cracking a bit? Interesting.

CK (not Case Keenum) is an absolute stud out there. When his arm is strong he is so dominant...

I assume it's Arriata or Lackey for the Chubs in gm 3. Who do we trot out to the mound? Hill again?

Julio through Kid on theach mound to try to give us a 3-1 lead. So impressed with the will and desire of this team. Good thing people didn't over react after game one

Its a nice position to be in right now. But I don't take anything for granted. There's a reason the Cubs were the best team in the league. They have plenty of talent. But when it all started I was thinking if we could split in Chicago and take two out of 3 in LA we go back to Chicago needing one of two. Thats a good position to be in. It would be even better to just sweep the next two. 8-)
