Trojans -12.5 who ya got?

I think I like the Trojans in a straight up upset bet better than the points. I think they win or lose by 2 TD's. I'm not playin it though, I need to get a better look a SC on defense this year before I'm putting any money one 'em. If they didn't improve the that front 7 they are in for a long year.

I wonder how long its going to take Helton to figure out he should be starting Darnold at QB of Browne?

You might want to delete that post.

At least the Trojan drubbing takes a little of the sting out of UCLA losing...

Credit Bama's front 7 or really front 6. They couldn't run the football at 6 man fronts. The QB was under seige against 6 man fronts. USC's OL got exposed. Didn't help that Wheeler the starting LT was injured again. Perfect example of why an offense loaded with 5 star skill position players and a mediocre/bad OL is rendered worthless by a good defensive front. If you have been watching this teams recruiting they have been going heavy on skill position 5 star WR's,QBs,RB's DB's,TE with the odd top recruit a year at LB, DL or OL and filling in the rest of the DL and OL with 4star and 3 star guys...They imo are building these teams backwards, and its no wonder they are getting $^%#$ whooped up front in the second halves by teams like Stanford year after year who just flat out wear them down up front on both sides of the LoS.

If you actually suffered through this Bama vs. SC game, this was all about the battle to control the LoS. Actually, SC's defensive front held there own against Bama for the most of the first half.

It's a cruel irony that SC's achilles heal is teams that play power football.

Beat down. Not a good day for LA college football. At least UCLA went to OT. But they weren't playing #1 either
