Watch a smorgasboard of snafu's. Starting with the remediation. Carson has to sell the bonds before it can start, and then there's the list of problems that will have to be made public. A list they have been very reluctant to have made public. Once they get started, I expect more problems to surface, and the cost and time for cleanup drag on.
Then there's the re alignment of divisions. Are they going to allow the Raiders and Chargers to be in the same division? And play each other twice in the same stadium each year? Who will be the home team?
Then there's the PSL and season ticket sales. Two teams at the same time in the same stadium in the same city? They have to figure out how to wring out relocation fees out of Davis and Spanos too.
And my personal favorite, The NFL dealing with the clowns that run Carson. That is going to generate a ton of comic articles.

Yes folks, I gar-run-tee plenty of amuzement, several years worth in my humble opinion, and snafu after snafu, before the Stadium gets built in Carson. It may happen, I just may get to park cars in my front yard for 20$ a car.

I tell you what Bubba you're in a win win situation lol. If Catson wins you get a stadium in your back yard. If Inglewood wins then obviously you win.

Please don't blast me my brothers but if the Chargers/Raiders were to built a stadium in my city I would take it in a heart beat. It's a good thing for your city.
