Rams questionnaire anyone else answer it?

First off I wanted to say Hello - First time posting on the site, and Season Ticket holder since they returned and Premier ticket holder for the new stadium.

So today I answered the questionnaire that I was sent twice and it asked about game day experience so I vented:

Cell signal - Sprint and others non-existent in the bowl (I'm on visitors side 23L)

Seats: My seats are falling apart, the seat doesn't stay up when you stand and hits you in the back of the leg, then when you sit down the hinges aren't even and you feel like it's going to fall apart. Then when your standing the seat in front of you has long bolts sticking out that tag your clothes or give you a skin rash because they are too long or not cut off with plastic caps after installation.

Try to move around the walkways between the peristyle and tunnel 23. As soon as you hit the mens/womans bathroom - It becomes gridlocked and takes 10 minutes just to move that 50ft. Don't know how to solve that one easily but it sure makes the game day experience less than desirable to deal with every game. Except the 49ers game last week it wasn't bad since the stadium had a lot of empty seats.

Metro - It pisses me off that they tell you to take the vermont station back to downtown (when at the stadium) then when you get to the station they limit you to the front two cars because other people didn't listen and are standing in line at the expo station! Why make us wait four trains when we could have been on in 1 or 2! I'm traveling from Riverside to attend these games and this just bites!

And yes they asked a lot of other questions. Quality of half time and sound system etc. Some half time shows have been good. I'm up in the air about the kids playing football at half time. It's neat for the kids to say they play on the field. But to watch it's kind of how soon till the game starts back up feeling to me.......

Anyways I'm done with my rant.
Go Rams can't wait to attend the game on 1/12( I was glad it was the 12th and not the 13th already had non football plans on the 13th. But football would have won that battle. lol)

Love your post. Take your legit gripes to the next level, and the next level, and the next and the next until you get compensation.

It is bullshit that you have to pay 2018 Los Angeles market prices and get 2018 Oakland CA provisions.

Best wishes to you!

Welcome aboard Mr. I.

Most of your gripes will be solved by the new stadium. The Coliseum is 100 years old and it shows.

They're putting in new seats, so far just on the home side. We'll all have them in 2019. But i got to sit in the new seats for a preseason game and they're worse than the ones i currently have, they feel cheap and aren't very comfortable. My current seat is solid and actually not that bad comfort wise...

I've been complaining about the lack of interaction during those all-too-frequent tv timeouts... I specifically suggested the use of t-shirt cannons while we wait 1-2 minutes. This past weekend I noticed the they actually had them! I'd like to think Stan heard my gripes.

A Whiner fan a few rows down caught one of the t-shirts, turned around to face the crowd, then threw it back onto the field. :evil2:

I sat in the sample seats they had at the LA Stadium Premiere Center. Nothing notable for the basic seat. They're just cheap plastic. The "premium" seats where not as upgraded as I was expecting them to be either. In fact, they were what I thought the basic seats should be like for a 5 billion dollar stadium (or whatever it's costing now).

I've seen the cannon at least all this year, maybe last year too. My wife caught a shirt back in Oct at the GB game.
