I'm so happy!! We got our pass-rusher!! OMG, if he plays against the Saints, Brees is going to wet the bed.

For a 3 and 5 in '19

He's had some character issues and been, overall a disappointment. Hopefully McVay, Phillips and a new environment will help.

3rd in 2019 and 5th in 2020. But we should be OK, because there is a chance we may get two 3rd round comp picks.

Fowler is a former first-round pick (third overall) in the 2015 NFL Draft. In three years, Fowler has accumulated 14 sacks, eight of which came in his best season in 2017.

Fowler’s cap hit is $7.3m on the season though the price will obviously be slashed by eight weeks worth of pay as the season is nearly halfway through. The Jaguars did decline the fifth-year option on Fowler so he is an unrestricted free agent at the end of the season.

Fowler is an explosive and athletic edge rusher with a current grade of 72.7 from Pro Football Focus.

hell, the rams have turned the entire cap space constraints narrative on its ear, they continue to sign big names at their pleasure, it's crazy.... that said, i can't help but wonder if clinton-dix would have been a better grab, paid quicker returns, his name has been out there... knowing the 2018 rams tho, they'll probably announce his signing by day's end too, ha ha...
