Question About Coliseum Tickets

was pricing some coliseum tickets for the seahawks game, and noticed that the available seats in the red box are generally cheaper than the green box (through the rams ticket service), is this because the green box seats actually give you a better vantage point even tho you're farther away from the field? couldn't really get a good sense using the 3-d feature. thanks!

I could be totally wrong here, but doesn't the pink dot mean they are re-sale tickets? So the seat holder is designating the price? At least that's how it works with ticketmaster. Blue is a direct from vendor sale, pink is a re-sale. If that's the case, I think this just means the people in the green box are just smarter than the red box folks and know the value of a Rams ticket is on the rise.

Again though, I don't know for sure having never bought a ticket to a Rams event with the exception of the Mexico game.

I think it’s because the seats in the red area are just a little bit too low. You probably get a little blocked by the players on the sidelines. My experience is that I wouldn’t want to be below row 25.

Generally the first 12 rows or so are a very shallow angle. Those are the seats that were added when the old Coliseum track was removed and the field was lowered. I’ve always found rows 20 - 35 to be the best sight lines.

yes, that's what the pink means, so it seems that there's a bit of ticket holder collusion goin' on, ha ha....

re mexico, bought my tix, but the more i think about it the more i'm thinking i'll sell them and instead catch a game in l.a., the fan vibe just looks too cool to pass up, plus i'll be going with my son and neither of us will be able to spend much time in mexico, we have to get back, a couple of days max, maybe three, so i'm not sure it's worth the (relatively) long flight... being in northern cal, zipping to and from l.a. would be a snap.

I totally get this. I'm landing in Mexico City Saturday and flying out Tuesday! LOL I'll be flying that weekend almost as much as I am on the ground. Had I though more about it I probably would have been able to see 2 games in LA (or even 1 in LA and 1 away) for the money I'm spending to see the Mexico Game. That being said, with the way KC is playing, this is shaping up to be the game of the year so no real regrets on my end.

Heres an accurate description of the lower seats that I can attest to from rate your seats

The lower rows - usually 43 and below - are usually the most sought-after tickets, owing to their position closest to the field. While sitting close to the field is an incredible experience, we recommend avoiding at least the first 15 rows. These rows are incredibly close to the ground and it can be difficult to see over players on the sideline.
