Hey All -

Last season I had a parking pass in Lot 2, however due to the construction of the George Lucas museum that lot is no longer available.

I just got an email from the Rams asking me to list preferences for new parking. I have the choice of Lot 5, Lot 6 and South Lawn. What would you all think would be the best option?

I'm kind of leaning towards the South Lawn as it seems cool to tailgate on grass rather than asphalt, but not sure what the vibe over there is. I stayed mostly in Lot 2 last year and didn't roam around much.

Lot 2 was always packed and pretty rowdy. What was the scene like in the other lots?

Any opinions appreciated. Thanks!

I think you'll appreciate the lawn, especially on hot days. 10:01 also tailgates on the South Lawn.

But if you want to be close to more of the action, to RFU's unofficial/official tailgate, that's generally in Lot 5...

I do indeed! I like the lawn ( although sometimes it’s more dirt than lawn). I’m amazed they offered it, I thought it was full before. We don’t have a lot of “action” (we’ve usually got some young children glued to the TVs) but come on by and grab a cold one - just look for the RFU flag. Elvis, we’ll see you there soon!

I’m in the same predicament as the OP. They didn’t guarantee any specific parking spot, just asked us what our preferences would be.

Great tailgating in Lot 5 and short easy access to the home side of the stadium.

EDIT. 63 is the great tailgate in 5 so if he's moving, the point I made is moot. Still easy access to the home side though.

Sorry missed this thread. I normally tailgate in 5 or 4. But there is a good chance I will be moving to the south lawn this season. Our new tix are in section 20. Plus, with 2 gone I expect all lots to be packed, taking away the allure of 5/4

Thank you for your patience and flexibility with the loss of Lot 2 parking. We have relocated your parking passes and your invoice is now available for renewal. Please login to your Account Manager to view and pay your parking invoice.

Please note that season parking prices will now include the cost of any potential home playoff games. We are making this change based on learnings from last season to improve the process for our Season Ticket Members. In the event we do not host a playoff game, you will be refunded for the cost of those passes at the conclusion of the season. If you do not wish to pre-purchase the playoff parking passes, please contact a Member Services Representative. If you choose not to purchase the playoff parking at this time, then you will not be guaranteed parking for your specified location in the event we do host a playoff game.

Important Notes Regarding Parking
• Season parking is sold as a package and includes a parking pass for each of the nine home games (2 preseason and 7 regular season games) and two potential home playoff games.
• Parking passes are physical passes and CANNOT be managed electronically (forwarded, reprinted or resold).
• The amount paid for the season parking package DOES include parking passes for potential playoff games. In the event that we do not host a home playoff game, the cost of the playoff parking passes will be refunded at the conclusion of the season.
• The purchase of parking passes for the 2018 season does not guarantee the opportunity to purchase season parking for the 2019 season.
• Your season parking pass is for a specific parking facility, but not a specific space. Please be advised that a space will only be held for you up to 1 hour prior to kickoff.
• Parking lots and garages open 5 hours prior to kickoff and close 90 minutes after the end of the event. Overnight parking or camping is prohibited. Vehicles may not leave and re-enter.
• Tall vans, large SUVs, RVs or buses will not be accepted in any parking garage because of height restrictions.
• State Dr. can accommodate RVs and buses up to 40 feet. When purchasing a designated RV space, you must have an RV or other large vehicle to utilize the space.
• Tailgating is only allowed in designated Exposition Park lots. Tailgating is allowed only in your parking space, in front of or behind your vehicle only. Tailgating equipment must not block pedestrian or vehicle access. The use of multiple spaces without a vehicle is prohibited. A small canopy (no larger than 8’ x 8’) may be erected in front of or behind your vehicle only. Box trucks, trailers, grill in-tow or any catering service from an outside source are not permitted in parking lots. Glass containers or bottles are prohibited in all areas of Exposition Park. All drinks and items should be placed in plastic or disposable containers. Tailgating after kickoff is prohibited which includes the use of televisions, computers or other devices to view or project broadcasts of any kind. Please clean up your area after your tailgate. There is NO
TAILGATING on the USC Campus.
