Not always true. Tavon had a lot of punt returns for TD's or good yardage that were called back due to penalties, and you don't get that by going untouched.

Now, TA is a smaller framed guy and those meathooks that 300 lbers are waving around will take him down seemingly easy.

Well he damned sure looked like a WR on that play. Haven’t seen that since the Indy game 6 years ago....

Tavon and Cooks are two guys i'm happy to see do well, yeah they might be flawed, but mostly they got screwed by Jeff Fisher...

Keenum, Tavon, J Cooks, Foles, etc. It was bad coaching and schemes. The players were/are still productive.

So is Quinn apparently (playing well).

Tavon of course was a Ram in 2017. But, I don;t think McV ever had any interest in using him. You have to program things in for Tavon, you can't just line him up and say "be a receiver." McV never showed any interest in doing that, plus TA missed the summer with injuries, so...no production. The fact that McV never had any real interest in him is not a complaint either. He clearly likes a guy like Cooks better. Plus the fact that Dallas is finding ways to use TA is not some kind of criticism of the Rams . So it's just happy endings all around.
