I thought since they need a QB for the future, why not trade them Sean Mannion? If Les Snead has the skills, maybe he could talk the Patriots into trading us a 1st and 2nd round picks for him. Just dreaming he could do it.

Would be a dream

but Mannion, maybe we would be able to get a 3rd or 4th for him...

Lol.

Jack, if you were a GM, would you trade a 1st and 2nd round pick or even just a second round pick for Mannion? Even if some crazy GM thought he had the potential to be a starting QB (based only on his college career), he's going to be a free agent in 2019.

Jack, be careful with that pain medication, they can be addictive and make you say outlandish things.

Mannion will probably be out of the league in a couple of years. He sucks.

If a team is looking for a QB of the future, they won’t trade for a QB who has no future.
I know whacky threads are your thing JPM, but this may be the dumbest one yet....

That is why Les Snead needs to be a really good salesman. Great GMs know how to sell players like Sean Mannion and get a 1st round pick.

But the marijuana is for medicinal purposes. 8-)

If he's a good salesman why not keep Mannion and instead trade Bandon Allen for 2 #1's?
