I'd love to see him back at a reasonable cost like that. But someone's going to pay him number one money or close. I just don't think it will be us. I hope I'm wrong.

5 years at 15 mil a year for TruJo? Crazy. He's not worth that but the market being so thin he'll be able to cash out. I just hope our front office isn't that crazy. Better to let him walk and sign Watkins. This league is all about scoring. You need offensive playmakers to score.

Contracts like that will only drive up Watkins price tag. I'd hate to lose him after giving up a 2nd and Gaines, but I wouldn't want to overpay either.

As much as I like Watkins, I have to say, he was somewhat disappointing. Maybe there's a better option..... someone like Woods that can dominate?

Like the way Dieter put it. Heavy with incentives. Most players worth their weight over estimate their talent. Don't forget there is always injury concerns with Sammy. I think he still has some proving to do.
