Wouldn't blame Kurt for supporting St. Louis, but I am happy he is on the LA bandwagon. The P-D is probably calling him an LA troll/zealot by now

I didn't hear the interview, but I assume it's Warner being Warner:

Eh, he's already on record as straddling the fence.

Warner has mixed feelings.

“So when people think about Los Angeles, the Rams are the first thing that comes to mind because it’s synonymous with that team,” Warner maintained. “It makes sense to me that would be a good move and smart move to have built-in fan base for a team that moves there.

“But for more personally, I’d like for them to stay in St. Louis because I love the community there, and my history would stay with that team. But I definitely see both sides of it.”

He would make a good politician they way he worked the middle on this issue. But he is clearly not categorically opposed to a Rams move to Los Angeles.

My snarky response to the opening post could've been: Poor guy, must be post concussion syndrome. But, no.

Yeah, after listening to the interview I realized Kurt was being pretty politically correct, saying that he'd love for the Rams to stay in St Louis but that he also had to realistically look at what's best for the league and Los Angeles. But just the fact that he was that open about the issue was pretty telling to me.

On a side note, it was pretty cool when he talked about the response he got from long term Rams fans anytime he visits Los Angeles. Sounds like he was widely recognized and always received a very warm welcome, which sounded as if it actually surprised him.

Yeah, he likes to ride the fence. Just like his comments on Bradford, he recants to the PC
Dont know what a guy in his position is supposed to say unless he knows what ultimately will happen. I do think that if he thought it was a slam dunk return to St Louis, he'd drop the pro-LA bit

He says a lot of nice things about St. Louis but then says it makes a lot of sense the Rams would move to L.A., talks about St. Louis getting another team.

Maybe i'm hearing what i want to hear, but i hear a guy who thinks the Rams are probably coming to L.A. ...
